Exchange policy

Because many Mahogany pieces are made or adjusted specifically for a customer, exchange eligibility depends on the item and the agreed order details.

Made-to-order items

Custom dimensions, fabrics, finishes and other made-to-order specifications are confirmed before production. These items generally cannot be exchanged for a change of mind once production has begun.

Report an issue

If an item arrives with a manufacturing issue or does not match the confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
